Taiwanese Traditional Popsicle
Way before mass produced popsicles were available, Taiwanese families would cook and freeze dessert soups (táng shuǐ) in small plastic bags—the most traditional type of popsicle.
This type of Taiwanese popsicles was very popular with children, coming in all sorts of flavours. They can be made from any type of dessert soup, from fruit, red and green beans, and more.
At the end of this summer, we would like to present to the traditional Taiwanese popsicles in four flavours: Red bean, Green Bean, Peanut, and Pineapple.

好久不見的古早味!還記得我們小時候,純手工製作的冷凍袋冰棒嗎?當時沒有方便的7-11、沒有機器加工量產、沒有眼花繚亂口味的冰棒。常見的總是紅豆湯、綠豆湯入冷凍袋的冰棒。
古早味台灣冰棒在三、四十年前的台灣相當受小朋友歡迎,可以是水果風味、紅豆、綠豆、花生、奶類等等,每個家庭會以自己的創意將甜品入袋做成冰棒。
今年夏末我們推出古早味台灣冰棒所有的收益會捐給Salvation Army幫助貧窮孩子上學!
原料
鳳梨、花生、綠豆、紅豆水、糖、鹽、奶油
