Taro+Yam Balls in Rock Sugar Soup

A traditional handmade Taiwanese dessert, the Taro+Yam Ball is made from a mixture of taro or yam and tapioca starch.the Taro+Yam Ball is sweet and has a boba-like texture. The dessert is served with a rock sugar soup, but can be served with red bean soup, peanut soup, and other similar dessert soups. It can be served hot or cold.

 

Ingredients

Taro, Yam, Tapioca Starch, Rock Sugar, Water

春色芋薯圓

原料

由芋頭及蕃薯,純手工制作而成,香Q彈牙、甜而不膩!

芋圓蕃薯圓外觀帶著自然的春天色彩,口感有咬勁,單單吃,咬著咬著,就覺得很迷人。隨你喜好,可以配上不同的甜湯底,紅豆湯、綠豆湯、仙草⋯也隨你喜好,可以熱熱的吃,也可以冰冰的吃,什麼季節都合適。

芋圓蕃薯圓好吃、迷人又隨性,真的是甜蜜好伴侶呢。

Tea Eggs

Tea eggs are a savoury snack made from hard-boiled eggs simmered in a tea infused broth. The end result is a salty, aromatic egg with an aesthetically pleasing pattern where the eggshell was cracked.

Ingredients

Water, Eggs, Soy sauce, Dark soy sauce, White sugar, Black sugar, Shaoxing wine, Molasses, Garlic, Green onion, Liquorice root, Star anise, Clove, Cinnamon, Galangal, Szechuan pepper, White pepper, Black tea

早春茶葉蛋

茶葉蛋在台灣是最受歡迎的鹹味小點之一。將白煮蛋放入茶香入味的特調滷汁,長時間滷製。因爲帶著濃濃的茶香,加上剝殼後那美妙的大理石紋路,讓茶葉蛋有其獨特的性格,無可取代。

茶葉蛋帶有美麗跟獨特的花紋,裹著滿滿茶香味,就這樣,把蛋的營養帶入口中。
