Taro+Yam Balls in Rock Sugar Soup
A traditional handmade Taiwanese dessert, the Taro+Yam Ball is made from a mixture of taro or yam and tapioca starch.the Taro+Yam Ball is sweet and has a boba-like texture. The dessert is served with a rock sugar soup, but can be served with red bean soup, peanut soup, and other similar dessert soups. It can be served hot or cold.
